Position Title: Office Manager

Wage: Based on Experience

An Office Manager job in Green Bay, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of related accounting experience with experience creating P&L and other financial statements. In this position, candidates will oversee inventory management, complete financial statements, and manage AP/AR processing. This position will also conduct financial analysis and identify trends, oversee payroll processing, communicate with other company leaders to discuss business plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years of related accounting experience
- Experience creating P&L and other financial statements
- Proficient experience with Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and billing
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
