Position Title: Payroll Coordinator

Wage: Based on Experience

A Direct Hire Payroll Coordinator job in Kaukauna, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of payroll processing experience, experience within multiple facilities preferred. In this position, candidates will lead daily payroll administration and complete bi-weekly payroll. This position will also process employee records, new hire paperwork, and assist with benefit administration.

- Complete bi-weekly payroll
- Process employee records and paperwork
- Prepare benefit documents
- Assist with benefit administration
- Prepare payroll tax payments

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience, experience in multiple facilities preferred 
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Excel
