A Plant Controller job in Marshfield, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment preferred. In this position, you will manage inventory data, conduct cost analysis, identify cost saving measures, and develop costing reports. This position will also maintain data within the company ERP system and ensure data integrity. This newly created, onsite role that does offer the ability to work remotely one or two days a week after six months of initial training. Opportunities for further career growth are also offered. Plant Controller job responsibilities include:
- Manage inventory data

- Ensure data integrity
- All other responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- ERP system experience
- Experience with GAAP Compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient experience of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
