A Plant Controller job in Oak Creek, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This onsite role requires candidates to have 5+ years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry and a Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field. In this position, you will oversee all plant financial activities and provide support to the corporate office. Responsibilities include completing month and year-end close for the plant, account analysis, and ensuring financial data is reported accurately. This position will partner closely with plant management and will also assist in financial audits, tax filings, and developing the annual budget and forecasts. Plant Controller Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee all plant accounting functions including month and year end close.Â
- Complete account analysis and reconciliations.Â
- Complete plant level financial reporting. Â
- Ensure financial data accuracy and drive process improvements.
- Assist with tax filings, annual budget, and forecasting.
Plant Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience a plus.
- Cost accounting experience preferred.
- Strong excel and ERP system skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
