Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Product Configuration: Utilize 2D AutoCAD software to process drawings for manufacturing our innovative products.
- Optimization Expert: Work your magic with Lantek nesting and machining software to optimize laser cutting and CNC programming.
- Problem Solver: Provide expert advice and consultation to customers, helping them solve unique problems using our product lines.
- Communication Guru: Collaborate with Production and Customer Service to ensure they fully understand the unique features of our custom products.
- Project Management: Take the lead on key Engineering/Technical ERP system elements, including creating and maintaining quality configurators, developing and maintaining BOMs and MOMs, and refining processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Be an active participant in Value Stream Mapping, documenting shop procedures, and driving continuous process improvement projects.
- Quality Control: Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) programs and quality control processes.
