Our client in Brown Deer, WI is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and Lean Manufacturing to lead and optimize their production operations. If you have at least 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and are passionate about improving processes, increasing efficiency, and delivering top-quality products, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day PCBA production activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste, streamline processes, and increase productivity
- Ensure adherence to production schedules and maintain optimal resource allocation
- Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and other departments to resolve issues and improve production flow
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on PCBA
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their practical application
- Proven track record in improving production processes and achieving operational goals
