A 3rd Shift Production Supervisor job in Des Moines, IA is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This position requires candidates to have 4+ years of production experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment and 2+ years of supervisor or management experience. In this position, candidates will oversee the flow of materials into finished products, ensure mechanical issues are repaired in a timely manner, and ensure compliance to company safety rules and procedures. This position will also ensure that company targets and objectives are met, conduct investigations of accidents, and lead continuous improvement. This role is a 3rd shift position.
3rd Shift Production Supervisor job responsibilities include:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred
- 4+ years of production experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Understanding of production maintenance and repair protocols
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Proficient communication skills
