Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong independent work capabilities. Effective team player with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work on the manufacturing floor for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their Engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment, products, and processes within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance existing processes, equipment, and workflows to improve safety, product quality, yields, and throughput.
- Identify and procure new capital equipment for manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth transitions to full production.
- Design and develop novel manufacturing equipment and processes to meet evolving product requirements.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and maintenance teams, addressing production issues in real-time.
- Design, specify, and obtain required tooling for product development projects.
- Collaborate with product design engineering to implement incremental improvements to existing products.
- Assist maintenance project coordination for effective equipment preventative maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to proper procedures and instructions within the manufacturing team.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
