Position Title: Quality Manager
Wage: Based on Experience

Quality Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality activities necessary to preserve the integrity and certifications of the Quality Management System within the company’s two production facilities
- Continuously improve quality management system, so that it is compliant, effective, efficient, agile and supports customer needs
- Support and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and steer the organization to IATF 16949 certification within 2 years
- Drive a culture of learning, continuous improvement and best practices to improve the effectiveness of the organization
- Ensure appropriate quality processes are in place and are effective to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Participate in APQP, helping to develop the Process Flow, Control Plan and PFMEA
- Lead teams to effective corrective action responses to enhance customer relationship
- Define quality procedures in conjunction with operations and engineering
- Set up and maintain documented procedures
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
Qualifications:
- At least five years of professional quality experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other quality related major
- IATF 16949 Lead Auditor with internal audit experience
- Able to manage customer quality relationships, PPAP, supplier quality issues and contribute to the advance product quality planning (APQP) process
- Experience completing CQI-23 Molding System Assessments
- Experience using the IQMS ERP system preferred
