Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Walworth County. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Technicians and working with manufacturing customers to ensure that Swiss machined parts are correct. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality audits, and providing training to employees. In addition, the candidate will work with other departments within Swiss-Tech to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a team of Quality Technicians
•Work with manufacturing customers to ensure that Swiss machined parts are correct
•Develop and implement quality control procedures
•Conduct quality audits
•Provide training to employees
•Work with other departments within Swiss-Tech to identify opportunities for process improvement
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
•5+ years of experience in quality management
•Experience managing a team of Quality Technicians
•Experience working with manufacturing customers
•Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and auditing techniques
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
