Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions has a great opportunity available for a Quality Manager at a company in Des Moines, IA. This is a direct hire opportunity. This is a tremendous opportunity to still be involved in technical processes while also having the influence and ability to mold a team and program!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading the quality department including the whole quality team, while also getting to be up close and personal to the goings-on of shop floor.
- Mentoring quality team members, conducting root cause analysis, performing corrective action projects, and ensuring compliance to ISO standards are all critical parts of this role.
Requirements:
- At least one year of leading or supervising employees within the manufacturing environment.
- A willingness to work on the shop floor.
- Prior experience with quality, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
