Position Title: Quality Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to meet ISO 9001 requirements and automotive industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate all aspects of our quality management system to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards, both internally and with suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive quality excellence.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality management principles and practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any quality concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive quality requirements, such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement effective corrective actions.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees and customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
