Position Title: Remote Change Management Specialist
Wage: Based on Experience
A Remote Change Management Specialist job headquartered in Milwaukee, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. Candidates are required to live in either Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.
Change Management Specialist job responsibilities include:Â
- Support planning of organizational change
- Guide employees and teams through transitions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and discuss changes and concerns
- Analyze employee readiness
- Define KPI’s to measure change efforts
- Deliver training programs and materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Proficient experience in change management or project managementÂ
- Excellent understanding of change management principles and practices
- Experience with change management software tools
- Certification in Change Management a plus
