Position Title: Sales Account Specialist
Wage: $55,000 - $65,000/year
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sales Account Specialist Responsibilities:
- Support sales and project management activities, including lead tracking, order processing, and customer communication
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinate customer interactions, training visits, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal meetings
- Maintain documentation, reports, and sales data
- Support marketing efforts, events, and trade show preparation
Requirements for Sales Account Specialist:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems and proficiency in Excel
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
