Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with a variety of clients, both repeat and new, to fulfill project needs and provide exceptional service.
- Contribute to the design of mechanical/HVAC building systems, leveraging your expertise to enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Undertake project takeoff, pricing, quotation, and submittal processes, ensuring accurate and timely project execution.
- Establish and nurture client relationships through effective communication and support, reflecting a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your familiarity with MS Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Embrace occasional travel for training purposes, enriching your skill set and contributing to your professional growth.
- Engage in outside sales activities within Iowa, connecting with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Travel:
- Minimal travel required, primarily within Iowa to meet with customers.
- Occasional training sessions out of state, occurring every few years.
- The majority of work is centered at the office, providing a stable and consistent environment for your efforts.
