A Sales Operations Manager job in Port Washington, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 6+ years of Sales, Customer Service, or Business Administration experience, with some management experience within a Supply Chain or purchasing environment preferred. In this position, candidates will oversee the customer service and sales associate teams providing constructive feedback, coaching, and direction. This position will also create and implement SOPs, develop sales strategies, monitor sales data, and manage sales systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 6+ years of Sales, Customer Service or Business Administration experience with some management experience within a Supply Chain or purchasing environment preferred
- Strong ERP system experience
- Proficient understanding of margin analysis
- Experience reading and interpreting purchase orders, terms and conditions and contracts
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
