Position Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Wage: Based on Experience
Build, Improve, and Make an Impact in a Growing Manufacturing Environment
A rapidly growing, privately held manufacturer is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team in Waukesha County. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll drive process improvements, support automation initiatives, and play a key role in scaling operations within a fast-growing division.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and assembly methods
- Develop fixtures, tooling, and gages to support production efficiency
- Lead and support automation initiatives (equipment selection, process improvements)
- Partner with engineering to optimize designs for manufacturability (DFM)
- Drive lean and continuous improvement projects
- Optimize labor, workflow, and plant layout
- Support quality initiatives and production troubleshooting
What They’re Looking For:
- 5-10+ years in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and processes
- Experience with fixture/tooling design and process improvement
- Hands-on background in assembly, machining, fabrication, or welding environments
- CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
- Self-directed, problem solver who thrives in a hands-on environment

- Competitive base salary: $110K–$130K+
