Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits and root cause investigations using Six Sigma tools.
- Oversee customer issue containment efforts and field issue investigations.
- Report KPI status and improvement initiatives to Manitowoc management.
- Coordinate and guide Quality Inspection Technicians.
- Act as a resource for Quality Teams in quality standards.
- Manage Quality Documentation for the designated factory area.
- Champion safety and health procedures within the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
- Proficiency in ISO standards and compliance (9001, 140001, 50001).
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, CPM, ASQ, CIRM methodologies.
- Proven track record in maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Skilled in risk mitigation and compliance tracking.
- Ability to establish an Integrated Management System.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with Mini-Tab, Microsoft Business software, and Quality measurement tools.
- Occasional travel (less than 5%).
