A Value Stream Manager job in Liberty, MO is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.
The Value Stream Manager leads the planning, scheduling, and execution of manufacturing operations within their value stream. They are responsible for cost-effective planning, processing, and production. This role will be the direct manager for each Shift Supervisor within their value stream. The Value Stream Manager contributes to the success of operations by ensuring products are manufactured with uncompromised safety and the highest quality while being produced on-time, within budget.
Value Stream Manager job responsibilities include:
- Always promote a safe working environment
- Ensure production is carried out according to high quality standards
- Training and development of team members
- Ensure efficient production scheduling to achieve plant production targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
- Prefers 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in fabrication
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
- High attention to detail and a creative problem-solver
