Position Title: Vice President of Finance
Salary: Based on Experience

This onsite role requires candidates to have a MBA and 10+ years of Financial Management experience. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and developing all Finance, Accounting, and Information Systems functions. This position will oversee all financial planning, analysis, and reporting and provide financial input to improve company performance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage all Finance, Accounting, and Information Systems functions.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and administer financial plans to improve company performance.
- Direct company's risk management programs.
- Develop financing alternatives and leads negotiation of company financing.
- Oversee and direct IT strategy and hardware and software acquisitions.
- Oversee Accounting, Finance and IT team members.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of Financial Management experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Excellent understanding of all financial functions.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally occasionally.
