Our client is committed to excellence and innovation, and they are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee their shipping/receiving and warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Utilize SAP to track and optimize inventory levels and workflow processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP; experience with inventory management modules is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Job Requirements

SAP remains the most important aspect by far - not only to be able to understand the system and where they have downfalls, but also because they want this person to be a part of the large scale rollout to the updated SAP called S4 Hannah System taking place company wide in 2027 - including potentially being on a team in the US of 3-4 experts to go to other locations to implement the updates across the country as desired - The team that Josh was on that was previously 3 people is now going to be a total of 5 people - they are keeping Jeff (supervisor who was let go but stayed to train) as a non-manager as that was his biggest weakness, but also keeping a team of more coordinators and material handlers to support this team
