<strong>Electrical Engineer II Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Design LED lighting systems for harsh-environment applications with stringent EMI/BCI requirements<br>
- Apply strong working knowledge of LED lighting for automotive, motorcycle, UTV/ATV, and golf cart markets<br>
- Develop moderately complex concepts for customer inquiries, RFQs, and new product proposals<br>
- Represent electrical engineering in cross-functional teams (CFTs) to assess feasibility, cost, and design approaches<br>
- Convert conceptual ideas into manufacturable designs and products<br>
- Apply DFMEA, DFM/DFA, design reviews, and other structured engineering processes<br>
- Incorporate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and optimized manufacturing practices into product designs<br>
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex circuitry or customer system issues with effective countermeasures<br>
- Communicate directly with customers and suppliers on technical topics<br>
- Manage personal priorities and ensure on-time delivery of engineering work<br>
- Drive timely completion of all required engineering elements within the NPD process and escalate issues when needed<br>
- Mentor junior team members and model strong engineering discipline<br>
- Create, update, and improve internal design standards, best practices, testing approaches, and tolerances<br>
- Develop expertise in 1-2 technical areas relevant to the business<br>
- Apply structured problem-solving methods to NPD and systemic engineering challenges<br>

<strong>Qualifications for Electrical Engineer II:</strong><br>
- Bachelorâs in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology<br>
- 3+ years of progressive internal experience or 5+ years of industry experience in LED lighting topologies<br>
- Experience with PADS or similar schematic capture/PCB layout tools is a plus<br>
- Strong electrical design aptitude with a hands-on approach<br>

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a dedicated team focused on operational excellence. The role is split significantly between CMM Programming (50%) and broader Quality Engineering functions. You will be responsible for enhancing inspection efficiencies through statistical tools, advanced gauging, and standardized documentation.<br>
<br>
<strong>Quality Engineer Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Write and edit programs using PC-DMIS software based on model-based definitions and technical drawings<br>
- Develop work instructions for CMM setup; ensure correct measurement techniques are applied per GR&R results and customer specifications<br>
- Prepare and manage paperwork for FAI (First Article Inspection), PPAP, FMEA, APQP, and SPC<br>
- Maintain calibration systems for fixtures and tools; support AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management systems and audits<br>
- Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions (CAR/RMA)<br>
- Act as a technical lead by training employees on measurement equipment and proper inspection techniques<br>
<br>
<strong>Qualifications for Quality Engineer:</strong><br>
- At least five years in quality control and dimensional measurement within a machine shop or manufacturing environment<br>
- Background in metals manufacturing; automotive or aerospace machining preferred&nbsp;<br>
- Expertise in PC-DMIS<br>
- Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)<br>
- Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 standards<br>
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for process improvement<br>
- Excellent communication skills<br>

We are seeking a high-impact Industrial Engineer in Cresco, IA to serve as a primary change agent within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) by leading site-wide Lean initiatives, optimizing facility layouts, and managing significant capital projects. The ideal candidate blends technical engineering expertise with the leadership skills necessary to mentor staff and streamline complex workflows.<br>

<strong>Industrial Engineer Responsibilities:</strong><br>
- Lead the implementation of 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen events to eliminate waste<br>
- Standardize manufacturing sequences and layouts to improve flow, maximize utilization, and ensure safety precautions are integrated into all designs<br>
- Partner with site leadership to develop a CI roadmap and create advanced capacity modeling and production planning tools<br>
- Oversee the full lifecycle of improvement projects, ensuring they meet savings goals and timelines across both office and manufacturing areas<br>
- Act as the primary stakeholder for equipment CapEx, including vendor selection, procurement, and implementation<br>
- Foster the professional development of facility Leads and Managers by promoting a proactive, performance-driven culture<br>

<strong>Qualifications for Industrial Engineer:</strong><br>
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering<br>
- At least five years of experience in Industrial Engineering<br>
- At least three years of experience in a management or leadership role<br>
- Deep knowledge of LEAN principles and throughput improvement<br>
- Proficiency in data collection, root cause analysis (8D) and practical problem-solving<br>
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills<br>
